Things I'm building, testing, and tinkering with.

Things I've built with AI as the build partner — less “what can the model do” and more “where does it actually fit inside a real workflow.” Three so far. More land here as they become shareable.

Leadership Self-Assessment

A custom web version of Eutemia's 24-statement, six-value leadership self-assessment. Takers get an instant scored results page — overall profile, a values radar chart, and their two "growth edge" values — plus a branded PDF. Every completed result is emailed to the Eutemia team (and the taker) and logged to a shared sheet.

A private voice assistant for the house

A voice assistant for my own home that keeps everything at home. Home Assistant runs the house, a local LLM handles the conversation, and a custom voice answers back. There's no cloud account in the loop and nothing leaves the network.

It's a small, real test of what private, local AI can do, and what it takes to run it yourself instead of renting it from a big provider.

Client
Personal build
Output
Natural-language voice control of the house, in a custom voice
Plumbing
Runs on local hardware. No cloud services, nothing leaves the network
